2. How is Mêcola different from industrial cola?
Mêcola is brewed from real ingredients — cinnamon, star anise, clove, Vietnamese pho spices, raw cane sugar from Nghe An, and Vietnamese coffee. No artificial flavors, no preservatives, no colorings. Each batch is handcrafted, not mass-produced.

Cinnamon, star anise, clove, pho spices, raw cane sugar (Nghe An), Vietnamese coffee, plus over 14 curated spices sourced across Vietnam.
4. Does Mêcola contain artificial flavors, colorings, or preservatives?
No. Mêcola follows a strict “3 No’s” commitment: no preservatives, no artificial flavorings, no artificial coloring.
5. Does it contain caffeine?
Yes. Because Vietnamese coffee is part of the recipe, Mêcola naturally contains caffeine. Please consider this if you are sensitive to caffeine.
6. Who is Mêcola made for?
Mêcola is crafted for curious drinkers — especially Gen Z (16–35) and anyone who enjoys discovering new flavors, artisanal beverages, or modern Vietnamese culinary experiences.

Each batch is small — approximately 100 bottles/cans per batch, ensuring consistent flavor and tight quality control.

Yes. Mêcola complies with Vietnam’s national standards for carbonated beverages and is tested by third-party labs. Every bottle/can is sanitized following brewing-industry hygiene standards. Food safety certification is in progress.
9. What is the shelf life and how should I store it?
Recommended shelf life: 3 months from production. Currently undergoing lab tests to extend this to ~6 months.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 24–48 hours for best carbonation and flavor.
10. I’m allergic to certain spices. Is Mêcola safe for me?
