Check before signing: Upon delivery, customers have the right to inspect the exterior of the package, seals, and quantity. They may refuse to accept the delivery if there is significant damage (broken bottles, leaks, broken seals, or clearly missing items).
If damage or discrepancies are found:
Refuse delivery (if the damage is obvious) or accept provisionally and take photos / note the condition clearly;
Notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the goods via email: vn.mecola@gmail.com or hotline: +8496 7778149, including photos, order number, and a description of the issue.
After receiving without inspection/notification:
If the customer signs for the delivery and does not report any issues within the specified time, it will be considered that the customer accepts the goods in the condition at the time of signing.
