General Principles:
As our products are consumable beverages (considering food safety), we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
(A) Wrong product delivered
(B) Product is damaged, contaminated, or does not meet quality standards due to the seller’s fault
(C) Defective seal/packaging causing doubt
Request Period:
Customers must submit a return/exchange request within 7 days from the date of receipt, including photos as evidence, order number, and delivery receipt if available.
Conditions for Acceptance:
Products must retain original seals/labels (if applicable) without affecting evidence of the defect.
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is clear evidence of a serious manufacturing defect.
Processing Procedure:
Customer sends request + photos + evidence within 7 days to email: vn.mecola@gmail.com or hotline: +8496 7778149.
Seller confirms within 48 hours and provides instructions for the return/exchange process.
Upon confirming the product is defective/wrong, the seller will replace the product or refund the payment according to the customer’s choice within 7 business days after receiving the returned item and verifying the issue.
Return Shipping Costs:
Seller’s fault (wrong delivery, defective product): seller bears the return/exchange shipping cost.
Customer’s fault (wrong purchase, change of mind): customer bears the return shipping cost and any handling fees (if applicable).
Warranty:
Products are not covered under warranty.
